The clients sought to infuse contemporary warmth and clean-lined sophistication without compromising the residence’s authentic Mediterranean integrity - preserving arched details, textured stucco, and timeless millwork while reimagining the living spaces. Light oak cabinetry, fluted wood accents, honed quartzite surfaces, brass hardware, and textured seating, creating layered contrast and effortless family flow. Deep, moody tones add drama in select areas, while softer neutrals bring comfort and serenity throughout. The result is a home that honors its stately bones yet feels entirely fresh, a seamless conversation between old-world charm and modern family living.
